1. The service
For $199 (one time), COIBeacon compares up to 10 contractor certificates of insurance you supply against requirements you supply, and returns documented discrepancies, clarifications, a batch summary, and follow-up questions. Turnaround is confirmed when we accept your packet.
2. What this is not
Not coverage verification, contractor approval, legal or insurance advice, insurer confirmation, brokerage, or a licensed advisory service. “Listed in the supplied document” means the item appears as written — Listed ≠ verified coverage.
3. Inquiry and payment
Site mailto links are inquiries only. Scope, document-sharing method, invoice/payment, and timing are confirmed by email reply. No checkout or portal on this site.
4. Your responsibilities
You supply accurate requirements and certificates, and you decide what to do with findings (including any follow-up with contractors or brokers).
5. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, COIBeacon’s liability for a Review Desk engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that Review Desk. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the review.
