1. Who we are

COIBeacon is operated by Cole Sperle. Review Desk inquiries and document intake are handled by email at 14csperle117@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you send in an inquiry (name, organization, email, notes).
• Customer-supplied insurance requirements and contractor certificates of insurance you choose to share after we agree on a method.
• Payment/invoice correspondence needed to complete the Review Desk.

We do not independently contact insurers or pull policy data from outside sources.

3. How we use information

We use what you send only to: confirm scope and timing; compare certificates against your supplied requirements; draft and deliver your documented review; and keep ordinary business records (inquiries, invoices).

AI tools may assist a draft review. Cole performs human review before delivery.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or certificates.
• We do not use your materials for advertising or public case studies without your explicit opt-in.
• We do not claim an enterprise retention SLA. Retention is practical and limited to running the Review Desk and ordinary bookkeeping; ask if you want materials deleted beyond what we must keep for records.

5. Sharing

Documents stay with the operator except for tools strictly needed to deliver the service (for example email, and any AI drafting tools used under their own terms). We do not publish your vendors’ names or report contents.

6. Security

Standard email is not fully secure. We agree a document-sharing method before you send sensitive files. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
