What the Review Desk does — and does not do
COIBeacon compares each certificate you supply with the requirements you supply. You receive a batch summary plus documented findings (missing information, apparent mismatches, items needing clarification, and items listed in the supplied document) and follow-up questions you can send to contractors. We do not verify that coverage is in force, approve or reject contractors, give legal or insurance advice, or confirm anything with an insurer.

1. Review Desk inquiry
Email us to request the $199 Review Desk. Tell us roughly how many COIs (≤10) and your preferred contact email.
2. Scope & timing confirmation
We confirm the batch size, what you will send, and turnaround when we accept your packet.
3. Document-sharing method
We agree how you will share requirements and certificates. Hold sensitive identifiers until that method is agreed.
4. Invoice & payment
We send invoice/payment details by reply. No card is taken on this site.
5. Review & delivery
Cole reviews the packet (AI tools may assist a draft). You receive a documented batch review by email.
